Garden & Church Facilities

Openlands is a country garden that features a 100 year old restored church. We have a facility that can cater for all different types and sizes of events. The church can seat 90 – 100 people.

When you book your event with us you are guaranteed the whole day with no other events. With entire access to the garden for both photographs and you guests. We are a non smoking venue, with a smokers area. Weddings are provided at no extra cost a consultation and rehearsal time.

As we are low stress, we will prepare and restore the venue once you have finished.

In our church we will provide standard flower arrangements, and white wedding ribbon for the pews. We also have a sound system for music that can also be operated inside and for the surrounding outside area.

Should you decide that you would like an outside ceremony we will provide a table for signing of the register. We also have a wedding arch and or chairs available for hire.

We also provide signed off road parking, plenty of room for buses, toilet facilities and are wheel chair friendly.Should anything else be required there may be a charge.

** NB: No rice, petals, confetti or any other material to be distributed inside the church.

Nibbles Facilities

We have an indoor/outdoor area that your quests may use to sit down and enjoy your special day. While enjoying a drink and something to nibble on, you can take your time to have your photographs taken. We will set it up and when you and your guests finished we will do the cleaning up as well.

At no extra charge, we will provide waitresses, outdoor chairs, tables and umbrellas. Tables and table cloths for food & beverage tables.

For your convenience we have a large chiller for storage of food and beverages which can be dropped off in advance...

If you require we also have ice buckets, carafes, serving platters and punch bowl. Also glassware available for hire.

We are unable to provide food and beverages but can recommend caterers. Also we can not heat or cook food provided. Should anything else be required there may be a charge.

Marquee Facilities

Large grass area that can cater for all sized marquees. With a large chiller for storage of food and/or beverages. Caterers will have access to power, hot and cold water. Additional power is supplied for lighting and music performers. Toilet facilities on site. Should anything else be required there may be a charge.
